Can I return my tent if it's not the right fit for me?
We accept returns on unused and unassembled products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are Springbar tents waterproof out of the box?
Yes, our canvas is treated with a high-quality water-repellent finish. However, for optimal performance, we recommend a 'seasoning' process—spraying the tent with water and letting it dry—to tighten the fabric weaves before your first trip.
