Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the canvas is clean and dry to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tent or gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
